“ This is a high-quality store. It's excellent, using the same cooking method as the "Gindaco Top Takoyaki Artisan" video on the Sagamihara Station Square store. The flour mixture is poured into the baking mold, resulting in a generous amount. At the nearby Minamimachida Grandberry Park and Aeon Mall Zama stores, the flour mixture doesn't overflow from the baking mold's cavities. Instead, they scrape the excess flour mixture with a spatula and pour it back into the cavities. Only a small amount is poured into cavities with a very small amount, resulting in more than half of the takoyaki being hollow and extremely empty. Because of this cooking method, when you take out, the takoyaki feel lighter than the Sagamihara Station Square store. Compared to this terrible store, the Sagamihara store definitely serves more than one takoyaki per boat. The nearby Ito-Yokado Yamato-Tsuruma store is also excellent. Note: While the famous croissant taiyaki with Gin no An was also available, it was suspended in August 2025. Although it is primarily a take-out specialty store, there are four narrow counter seats installed by the Odakyu facility on the left side of the store entrance where you can take a break or eat and drink. There are also quite a few outdoor benches at Bono, which is nearby. ”
